Arden Estates are proud to announce that we have now achieved NCZ silver certification, signifying that all of the scope 1, 2 and 3 organisational emissions of our business have been assessed, reported on and offset. This process enables us to set our carbon footprint baseline and create a targeted approach to carbon reduction, and as all currently unavoidable emissions have been officially and verifiably offset, establishes Arden Estates as a carbon neutral business. In 2010, while the UK was gripped by a credit crunch that saw slow property sales, our Founder, Jon Whitehead saw a niche in the property market for an estate agency that did things a little differently.
While others were focused on making quick sales, Arden wanted to deliver a high-quality service that made time to match potential buyers with their ideal property.
This approach meant that not only did the early days of Arden Estates see a flourishing start, but it also meant that there was a buzz around the new business that attracted vendors, buyers – and a business partner.

By the middle of 2010, James Cope joined Jon on his mission to be the premier estate agency in Redditch.
Fast-forward 12 years and Arden Estates still lives by its initial ethos to put customer care above everything else. We now have six branches located throughout the West Midlands, with a team of over 50 people working together to make Arden Estates the most approachable and innovative company in the area.
