Lauren joined the team at Arden in 2021, and has a vast knowledge of the property industry including New Homes and over the years enjoyed her successful career. Lauren previously worked for a local Estate Agent and as Cabin Crew for Virgin Atlantic.

Ellie joined Arden in 2023, having previously worked for a local estate agent in Redditch for 2 years where she gained valuable experience and passion for property.

Emily has enjoyed a successful career in teaching for 10+ years and has now decided to embark on a new challenge. Emily brings with her an extensive range of transferrable skills. Joining the team in 2024 Emily is excited to begin her property career with Arden.

Darcy joined the Arden team in 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience from years of dedicated service at another local estate agent. Her journey in the property industry has been marked by a genuine passion for helping clients find their perfect homes and achieve their real estate goals.

Karen joined Arden in January 2022. She brings a wealth of customer service and sales experience. Having always had an interest in the property industry she was keen to join the Arden team as a viewing representative. She previously worked at Virgin Active for 16 years.

Lesley is a Sales Progressor at our Barnt Green branch. Having worked in the banking industry for over 16 years, she decided to take on a new challenge and become an estate agent and has now continued within the property sector for more than 20 years.

Rob joined HLC in June 2019, as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. Previously, Rob was working in a similar position for a corporate company, bringing with him several years of experience within the financial sector.
