Jon founded Arden in January 2010. He has worked within the property and financial services industries since 2005, when he was originally a mortgage advisor. He also co-founded HLC wealth management and House of Arden home staging. Before that, he worked in the design & print industry. He has also represented Worcestershire at squash & golf.
Call Jon Email JonChristine originally joined the Arden team as a part-time Sales Executive in 2016, and is now a full time member within the sales team. She previously worked within the Education sector as a Teaching Assistant.
Call Christine Email ChristineMatt joined the Arden team in 2019, and has a vast knowledge of the property industry, and over the years Matt has enjoyed a successful career with top estate agencies throughout Droitwich Spa and now Bromsgrove. Previously Matt was a fully trained fitness instructor and sports therapist.

Having previously worked for a local newspaper and magazines, Maria has accumulated nearly twenty years of copywriting and marketing experience.

After previously working in the Retail industry as a Retail manager, she felt as if it was time for a change. Using her transferrable skills, she is now enjoying the challenges and rewards from being an estate agent.

Before joining the team in 2020, she had previously been working at Edinburgh Airport as an Aircraft Dispatcher, however, after taking a few years out to raise her son, a change of career came with a new change of scenery after moving from Scotland to Bromsgrove.

Before this, he was already active in the property market by successfully selling houses for a large corporate estate agent in Redditch, for nearly a decade, in which he swiftly progressed through the ranks. Previous to this he was a professional footballer for Shrewsbury Town!
Call James Email JamesOlivia joined the Arden team in 2014. She started her career in estate agency during 2010, working in lettings, in Solihull. Although, Olivia started at Arden within the lettings department, she has now become a very successful sales negotiator.

I have now settled in what I believe is my preferred role “Sales Progression”. I get immense satisfaction ensuring where possible that our sales and purchases go through as swiftly and stress free as possible for our buyers and sellers and enjoy the challenges that come with the role.

Having previous experience within both hospitality and customer service, Neve is already thriving in her role at Arden, and enjoys meeting buyers and sellers and helping them on their journey.
Since 2013 Tina has co-owned Arden Estates. Before this she graduated and started her career in financial services. Her passion in this sector continued and she co- founded HLC Financial Services. Tina has been integral to the company’s prominent growth and success. From her initial role as a mortgage advisor, to her current position as Company Director of Arden Estates & HLC.

Darcy joined the Arden team in 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience from years of dedicated service at another local estate agent. Her journey in the property industry has been marked by a genuine passion for helping clients find their perfect homes and achieve their real estate goals.
Karen joined Arden in January 2022. She brings a wealth of customer service and sales experience. Having always had an interest in the property industry she was keen to join the Arden team as a viewing representative. She previously worked at Virgin Active for 16 years.

Dominique joined Arden Estates in 2019, with 15 years of knowledge and experience in the Worcestershire market. Her passion for property, dedication to clients, along with her professionalism have been the foundations for her success.
I started my career in estate agency, in 2007 as an administrator for lettings. I rapidly progressed to Lettings Manager in 2008 and thoroughly enjoyed the role. In 2016 I moved over to sales and specifically for sales progression as this was the area I really had passion for. The job allows me to support clients throughout the sale, giving them peace of mind knowing that they are dealing with just me.
Byron has joined the HL team in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience to the HL team as a mortgage and protection advisor. With a background in banking and corporate settings, Byron is dedicated to providing tailored solutions for each client, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and guidance throughout their property journey. Passionate about helping clients achieve their goals, Byron goes the extra mile to find the right solutions and offer comprehensive support.
