Geri is the Branch Manager at Arden Estates in Barnt Green. As well as managing the excellent team here, her role involves appraising properties, carrying out honest and realistic valuations that reflect the ever-changing market, and conducting viewings.
Robyn joined Arden Estates in August 2017 as a Sales Negotiator within the Barnt Green branch. After previously working in the hospitality industry as a Restaurant Manager, she felt it was time for a change and had always wanted to become an estate agent.
Hannah is the Photographer at the Barnt Green branch. She originally started a part-time role within estate agency while she was studying for her BSc Degree in Television Technology at Birmingham University. Moving on to Arden Estates has allowed her to progress even further by concentrating on Sales and Marketing within the company. She has also studied to become a Domestic Energy Assessor.
Lesley is a Sales Progressor at our Barnt Green branch. Having worked in the banking industry for over 16 years, she decided to take on a new challenge and become an estate agent and has now continued within the property sector for more than 20 years.
Jon founded Arden in January 2010. He has worked within the property and financial services industries since 2005, when he was originally a mortgage advisor. He also co-founded HLC wealth management and House of Arden home staging. Before that, he worked in the design & print industry. He has also represented Worcestershire at squash & golf.
Sarah joined Arden in 2014, she has over eight years experience in the property industry. In addition, Sarah also co-founded our sister company, House of Arden Home Staging, in 2017. She previously worked in the recruitment sector.
Matt joined the Arden team in 2019, and has a vast knowledge of the property industry, and over the years I has enjoyed a successful career with top estate agencies throughout Droitwich Spa and now Bromsgrove. Previously Matt was a fully trained fitness instructor and sports therapist.
Maria joined Arden in 2014, as the Marketing Manager for the Arden Estates Group. In addition, she also helps run Arden's sister company House of Arden Home Staging. Having previously worked for a local newspaper and magazines, Maria has accumulated nearly twenty years of copywriting and marketing experience.
Charlotte joined Arden as a Sales Executive in 2016. After previously working in financial services, Charlotte's change in career was fuelled by her passion for property and interior design, along with wanting to further develop her already existing skills set.
Jackie joined Arden in 2015, as a Sales Executive. After working predominantly in local sales for newspapers and magazines, including property sales, Jackie has several years experience under her belt.
Christine originally joined the Arden team as a part-time Sales Executive in 2016, and is now a full time member within the sales team. She previously worked within the Education sector as a Teaching Assistant.
Savannah is a Sales Executive within the Bromsgrove Branch. Before joining the team in 2020, she had previously been working at Edinburgh Airport as an Aircraft Dispatcher, however, after taking a few years out to raise her son, a change of career came with a new change of scenery after moving from Scotland to Bromsgrove.
Jayne is the Sales Progression Manager at the Bromsgrove branch. She has a vast knowledge of the industry having worked in estate agency for almost 20 years, dealing with properties at all different levels.
Laura joined the HLC Team as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor in 2014. Having worked in the financial side of estate agency since 2004, Laura has over 15 years experience in finding homebuyers the best mortgage and protection deals on offer.
Rob joined HLC in June 2019, as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. Previously, Rob was working in a similar position for a corporate company, bringing with him several years of experience within the financial sector.
Milly is the Lettings Manager. She joined the Arden team in 2013, after achieving a diploma in the Sale of Residential Property, she decided to develop her skills further and learn a new role in Lettings where she has since flourished and now manages a growing team.
Chloe is the Lettings Assistant Manager within the Bromsgrove team. Having previously working within the financial side of an insurance company, she decided it was time to follow her heart and start her career within Arden Estates.
Kate is the Finance Manager for the Arden Estate Agent group. Kate has been working within estate agency since 2013, having previously worked for an agency situated in Bournville. Within Arden, she has now taken over management of the Lettings book-keeping and her day to day role is receipting rents, paying landlords and contractors, and chasing late rent payers, although luckily this doesn't happen very often!
Fiona is a Maintenance Manager within the Bromsgrove Lettings team. Having previously worked as a Property Manager for two years in Bristol, where she isoriginally from, she decided to make the move up to the Worcestershire area and subsequently joined the Arden team.
Rhys is a Maintenance Manager within the Lettings department at the Bromsgrove branch. He joined the Arden team in 2020, after achieving a BTEC in Business Management at Stratford-upon-Avon College. Prior to joining Arden, he had gained some work experience within his family's property development and lettings business.
Claire is a Property Manager within the Lettings Department. Having worked in residential lettings for more than 15 years, from Administrator to Lettings Manager to Director, Claire is incredibly passionate about property.
Sharon has lived in Gloucestershire all of her life, and has an extensive knowledge of Gloucestershire, and in particular the Forest of Dean and its surrounding areas. Since leaving college in 1982, she has always been involved in sales and specialised in customer care and attention to detail.
Chris lived in Worcestershire most of his life and moved to Lydney in 2001. For a number of years, he worked in the printing industry where he was involved in running a multi-million-pound turnover plc. In 2005, he decided to do something totally different and studied to become a Financial Adviser where he specialised in Equity Release and Mortgages.
Lucy's career started with Arden Estate Agents in 2013. Having come from an administrative background, she started learning the ropes in Property Sales with the help of Sharon & Chris. Once fully underway, Lucy became involved with starting up Arden Lettings (Lydney) and as the lettings portfolio grew, she transitioned into Lydney’s Lettings Manager in 2015.
Annalise is a Sales and Lettings Negotiator at the Lydney branch. She started her career in estate agency in 2017, joining the Arden team in December 2019. Before she knew what she really wanted to do, Annalise completed a course at a local college and qualified as a hair stylist. However, after a couple of years she felt her real passion was in property, so in 2017 she made the move into the housing industry.
Maddie is a Lettings Negotiator at Arden Estates Lydney. She joined the team in October 2017, after working previously in a similar role.
James co-founded Arden Estates in 2010. Before this, he was already active in the property market by successfully selling houses for a large corporate estate agent in Redditch, for nearly a decade, in which he swiftly progressed through the ranks. Previous to this he was a professional footballer for Shrewsbury Town!
Olivia joined the Arden team in 2014. She started her career in estate agency during 2010, working in lettings, in Solihull. Although, Olivia started at Arden within the lettings department, she has now become a very successful sales negotiator.
Tim joined Arden in 2019, as Valuations Manager and has enjoyed helping clients daily since. He started his estate agency career in 2004, and has worked exclusively within the Worcestershire / Warwickshire property market ever since.
Kelly joined the Arden team in 2018, as a sales negotiator. Previously, she worked for a large printing company.
Danielle joined Arden in 2019, to begin her career as a Sales Negotiator. Before this, she had enjoyed barista and bar staff work.
Amy started her career in a corporate estate agency many years ago on the sales progression side. After a brief break working as a prison officer, she revisited the housing world and is now thriving in her role as Sales Coordinator with Arden.
Nick has worked in financial services since 2004, where he began in Recruitment as a head-hunter in London. He moved into specialising in Mortgage & Protection services upon his return to the hometown of Bromsgrove. His role here ensures that his clients get the best deal available to them in terms of their mortgage and protection needs.
Alex has worked in real estate & financial services since 2000. He has spent a number of years arranging mortgages for one of the UK’s leading banks and joined HLC due to their reputation of arranging mortgages on a more personal level for their clients.
Romily is the Branch Manager here at Arden Estates in Rubery. She has worked in estate agency for more than 10 years now and has loved every minute of it. She previously worked for a local agent in Bromsgrove, before moving to Arden Estates Rubery.
Sharon joined Arden Estates as Sales Negotiator in 2014. She has been in the sales industry since the early 1990's. After previously working abroad selling properties, she is now focusing her career on residential sales within the estate agency industry closer to home.
Jason started his role as Sales Negotiator at Arden Estates Rubery, in September 2020. Having worked in the property industry within Rubery and its surrounding areas for the previous 12 years, Jason is able to offer extensive knowledge of the local area and has built strong relationships with many residents whom he's helped to buy and/or sell their property.
Rachael is a Sales Progressor within the Rubery branch. She originally joined the Arden sales team in Redditch as a Sales Negotiator, back in January 2015, after leaving a similar role with a different agent. However, concentrating solely on taking each property sale through to exchange and completion, was the perfect transition for her.
Rachael has worked as an estate agent in Worcestershire for over a decade now. For Rachael, being an estate agent isn’t just about buying and selling, it’s about getting the right outcome with as little unnecessary stress as possible for our clients.
Dominique joined Arden Estates in 2019, with 15 years of knowledge and experience in the Worcestershire market. Her passion for property, dedication to clients, along with her professionalism have been the foundations for her success.
Katy has lived in Worcester her whole life, so she has extensive knowledge of Worcester and the surrounding areas. After working in the airline industry she decided she wanted a more permanent base. She had always loved property and interior design, so thought estate agency would be a perfect transition to start her property career.
Emma is a Mortgage Planning Advisor within the Worcester branch. She joined the HLC team, who work directly with Arden Estates, in September 2020. Before joining the team she had been working in a similar position for a corporate company for three years and felt it was time for a change.
