Jon founded Arden in January 2010. He has worked within the property and financial services industries since 2005, when he was originally a mortgage advisor. He also co-founded HLC wealth management and House of Arden home staging. Before that, he worked in the design & print industry. He has also represented Worcestershire at squash & golf.

Jade found her niche in the property industry in 2014, after making the transition from the financial sector. Having lived in Bromsgrove & surrounding rural areas throughout her life she has accumulated extensive knowledge of the locality and its dynamic marketability, helping her achieve great results for you!

Following a career of 10+ years as a teacher, Adam has decided to leave the profession to pursue a career in the estate agency sector. Adam brings a wealth of transferable skills and has developed a strong foundation whilst working part-time for the Bromsgrove office since October 2021.

Hannah is the Photographer at the Barnt Green branch. She originally started a part-time role within estate agency while she was studying for her BSc Degree in Television Technology at Birmingham University. Moving on to Arden Estates has allowed her to progress even further by concentrating on Sales and Marketing within the company. She has also studied to become a Domestic Energy Assessor.

Lesley is a Sales Progressor at our Barnt Green branch. Having worked in the banking industry for over 16 years, she decided to take on a new challenge and become an estate agent and has now continued within the property sector for more than 20 years.
