Emily is PA to Jon Whitehead and has operations responsibilities, providing day-to-day support across the business to help keep everything running smoothly. From streamlining processes and supporting the team to coordinating projects, managing and developing the Company’s CRM system, and supporting employee onboarding, she works behind the scenes to ensure the business operates efficiently. Emily is passionate about organisation, people, and creating positive experiences for both colleagues and clients.
