Who is Arden Estate Agents

Arden Estate Agents is an independent estate agency that has been selling homes across Worcestershire and the West Midlands since 2010. The business started as a single branch and now operates seven locations, each staffed by a local team serving its area. Properties marketed by Arden are listed on Rightmove, On The Market, Zoopla, and this website.

Arden specialises in selling and staging residential property. The agency handles the entire selling process, from valuation and marketing through to sales progression and completion.

Leadership and accountability

Jon Whitehead and James Cope are the majority shareholders of Arden Estate Agents. Jon founded the business in January 2010, and James joined him as business partner in August of the same year. The directors of Arden Estate Agents are Jon, James, Matthew Quigley and Tina Randhawa – the same four directors as HLC Mortgages.
